1 General Provisions

ddb33 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ddb33 website and all related services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and ddb33. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination by us.

• Full legal name (as per national identity card).
• Active mobile number (registered with bKash / Nagad / Rocket).
• Correct date of birth.
• Valid email address (if applicable).

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ddb33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these three are not accepted.

• ddb33 may request additional documents to verify the source of any transaction if needed.
• ddb33 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous deposit that occurs due to a technical error.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ddb33 offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on bonus funds is 25 times (25x) — applied to the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 to withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses are usable on specific games only — specific conditions will be stated on the promotions page.
• The validity period of a bonus is set in the promotion details; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly converted to cash or transferred.
• If an account is closed or deactivated, any unused bonuses will be forfeited.
• ddb33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

When a bet is placed on ddb33, the system will verify it before it is confirmed. A bet may not be accepted if there is insufficient balance or if there is any other technical issue.

6.2 General Betting Rules

• All bets must be placed from your own account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• ddb33 reserves the right to void any abnormal outcome caused by a technical error.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be refunded.
• Any bet placed by intentionally exploiting an error will be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

ddb33 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets are operated based on general competitive market rates. Match odds are a reflection of the market only — they are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ddb33, and if detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through hacking, software exploits, or any other dishonest technical means.
• Bonus abuse — such as repeatedly claiming the welcome bonus through multiple accounts.
• Placing equal bets on both sides to secure risk-free profit (arbitrage betting).
• Fraudulent behavior or harassment toward platform staff.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Placing bets using any automated software, bot, or script.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed — however, any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ddb33

ddb33 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Provision of false or incomplete information.
• Proven fraud or dishonesty.
• Failure to verify age.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• In the interest of complying with legal or regulatory requirements.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• The user's login credentials falling into another person's hands.
